Return Policy

• No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
• I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Exchanges are only possible if the wrong item was sent. If there are any problems, please contact me and I will try to help as much as I can.

Switching to another product?

I do not allow product switching. There are no product replacements if you change your mind about your purchase due to low stock kept. Please make sure to read the item description before you purchase.

Transport Damage

I am not responsible for damage to the product due to transportation, mishandling, weather. Refunds and returns will not be given for items that have been damaged after they have been mailed. If you are a United States customer and live in a place with a high probability of missing, damaged, or lost packages, I highly recommend adding the Signature Confirmation and/or Insurance to your order. If you are an overseas customer and live in a place with a high probability of missing, damaged, or lost packages, please email me before you purchase an item.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, I reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.


Lost Packages

I am not responsible for lost packages. If this is something you are worried about please e-mail me to inquire about shipping options.

Return to Sender

In the event the package is sent back to me or marked un-delivereable, the customer must cover the cost to re-send the package. Again, no refunds can be offered in this event.
